We had the best stay at a traditional village hotel. Perfect room, excellent food, incredible spa, friendly staff, free room upgrade.
Nothing to mention.

Turm Hotel is a great hotel in a very cosy, traffic free village Graechen. The comfort is fairly good, the view on the mountains magnificent and the atmosphere very cosy. The hotel offers a sublime breakfast and has a very good restaurant, we went back every evening. The wellness part is really worthwile and qualitative. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our dog was very welcome too. This was one of our best hotel experiences ever, and we will definitely go back.
All aspects of the hotel were of high quality and with a correct price value, so no complaints of any kind.

Extremely helpful, welcoming & friendly staff & proprietors. Excellent facilities, service and food. Great location - short (4 minutes - in ski boots!) walk to ski lift, 3 minutes walk to centre of village, yet with magnificent views of mountains.

Although it was located next to the cable cars, it was quite noisy. the room was cramped with a tiny bathroom and less than helpful service. the breakfast was basic and the view was nothing special. the spa was a redeeming factor, with a steam and wellness room.
The spa was overcrowded and disorganized, and the massage therapist was not available despite prior expectations.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet area in the center of town and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying late to check us in and provide local recommendations. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a nice view from the balcony. Additionally, the breakfast provided was really good and filled us up before another day of hiking.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The spa and wellness facilities were top-notch, offering a wide range of amenities to help unwind and relax. The stunning views from the hotel were also a delightful surprise, making every moment spent in the hotel even more memorable. the location was perfect, away from hustle and bustle but easy to reach the nearby attractions within a short drive.
One of the biggest disappointments was the food quality, which was average and overpriced. the staff seemed to be understaffed and rushed, leading to communication breakdowns and mistakes.
